2023 Missions Trips
Bethany invites you to prayerfully consider how you will participate with us in 2023 as we GO around the world. This summer we are sending three teams to partner with local and national missionaries to make disciples of Jesus. You have the opportunity to participate by being on our prayer and financial support teams for each of these trips!
2023 Trips include:
New Orleans
June 25 – July 1, 2023 Working with St. Bernard Project to bring hope to families displaced by Hurricane Ida by rebuilding homes. Opportunities to remind people of God's presence and provision. The New Orleans Team members include: Sam Bean, Margaret Blake, Valory Carter, Sara Hawks, Jacob Nielsen, Kathryn Sherman, Jen Thomas, Ken Thomas, and Zach Thomas.
Honduras
July 8-15 2023 Working with Paul & Tania Steer in the mountains around Comayagua, visiting homes to pray for families, assisting with teaching classes to women from the villages, VBS with kids, and devotions with young adults from their home church. The Honduras Team Members include: Naomi Campos, Patrice Lawson, Jay Wallace, Shannon Wallace, and Allen Weingartner.
Kenya
July 13-26, 2023 Working with Dave and Joy Mueller of Kenya Hope, to meet the needs of widows, families, and children in our adopted village of Nkoisusu. Opportunities for VBS with kids and Bible studies with adults. The Kenya Team Members Include: Brian Denison, Kathie Denison, Pac Gines, Valerie Marks and Stephanie Willis.
